INSXCloud
As a contracted agent, you have access to our affiliate’s proprietary Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) platform, INSXCloud, which is continuously being improved using feedback from the producers like you using the site. You can use INSXCloud to create a private exchange, branded to your agency, which lets you choose the supplemental coverage you offer to your clients alongside ACA major medical insurance plans and short-term, limited-duration insurance.
Producer Portal
You can use the producer portal to manage all of your clients written through IHC Specialty Benefits in one place as opposed to having to use multiple carriers’ sites. You can review and analyze your block by insurance carrier, line of coverage, status, or other metrics to help you manage your business.
Training
The market changes quickly. That is why we offer frequent training sessions on how to use the INSXCloud quoting and enrollment platform, webinars with national policy analysts, journalists, carrier partners and our “Marketing Minute” series that gives you tips and tricks on how to maximize your sales and the tools we provide you. You also have access to our knowledgeable dedicated sales and service team who help keep you informed so you can focus on sales.

As a contracted agent, you have access to our Myhealthinsurance.com website where you can include personalized information about yourself and your agency to market your business in your area. Myhealthinsurance.com lets you customize your listing on the site with your name, picture and contact information as well as an “About Me” section. In addition to serving as a marketing tool, your Myhealthinsurance.com profile is also a direct-to-consumer quote and enrollment site for ACA, dental, vision and accident coverage.
